Cell phones and other electronic devices need to be silenced while in the spa, and please no telephone conversations inside.

As Ageless360 is an adult area, we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to services with them. Ageless360 is reserved for adults 16 and over. Those who bring children will be asked to reschedule. 

We recommend that you check with your physician before visiting Ageless360. Please notify us of any special needs or concerns when you book your services. Your therapist will also briefly review your health history with you before beginning your service. If (s)he believes that the service you are scheduled for is unsafe based on any information given, (s)he may recommend canceling the service, booking another service or modifying the service to make it safe for you. As we are most concerned about your safety and comfort, the Ageless360 reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.

Yes, walk ins are welcome and will be addressed on a first come first serve basis.

We ask that you leave your valuables at home, we are not responsible for personal items, i.e., jewelry, watches, clothing, etc. that may be left at the time of treatment. 

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and our Gift Certificates. Payment is due in full at time of service. We do honor some third-party gift certificates including Spa Finder, Spa Wellness, and Yelp. A credit card or gift card will be required when scheduling your salon and spa services. Gratuities are at your discretion and are graciously accepted by our talented team of professionals.

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you decide that a product is not right for you, you may return the un-used portion within 10 days of original purchase to exchange for another product. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please inform our office at least 24 hours in advance so the time may be given to another patient. Cancellation fees are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time that is reserved especially for you. If proper notice is not provided, or you fail to show up for your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

Prior to each service your service provider will work with you through an in-depth consultation. At this time, they will assess your hair, skin, nails and body needs to determine the best possible treatments and products to use during your salon and spa experience. They will make product recommendations to help you maintain your look and feel.

Our lunches are catered especially for you. Upon your arrival, you will be given a menu to select your lunch preference. Lunches can include salad, sandwich, vegetarian and vegan options along with sides, chips, cookie and drink. A Spa Lunch may be added to any extended spa visit for $15 per perso
